Hi everyone~ Admin E is here to guide you in buying CAT 2, 3 and 4 tickets via sistic. I am sorry if it is not clear. If you still don't understand, can leave a comment on this post ^^
STEP 1:
Go to www.sistic.com.sg
STEP 2:
Create an account. If you can't find the register button, it is on the left side of the page. Fill in your email.
STEP 3:
After you click "create", this page will come out. Fill in your particular accordingly
STEP 4:
Fill in the number according what is shown in the picture then press "SUBMIT"
STEP 5:
I'll take Sungha Jung as an example. After you click on the event, you click on "BUY TICKET"
STEP 6:
This page will appear. 1st, you select the date and time. For UTOPIA, there will only be one day most like it will appear similar as this.
STEP 7:
When you scroll down, the seating plan will be shown
Then you click on the sitting plan you want. After you click the sitting plane, the dark blue highlighted will appear.
STEP 8:
Fill in the number of tickets you want.
STEP 9:
Then, they will show you the seat allocation. The blue seats that is available in this location. When you select the seat, the colour will change into orange
STEP 10:
Confirm your ticket type and then press to ADD TO CART
STEP 11:
You will see this page. All you have to do is scroll down
Fill in everything here. Payment is only by MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners, China Unionpay and JCB. Remember to tick on the "Same as mailling address"
STEP 12:
After everything is down, remember to tick the "i have read" part and confirm order
